About the Journal

Al-Ahla: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum dan Hukum Keluarga Islam is an academic journal published by the Department of Islamic Family Law, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam An-Nur Banyumas (STINBA). This journal serves as a scholarly forum for critical discussion and academic reflection on Islamic law, family law, and legal studies in general.

The journal aims to explore the intersection between classical Islamic legal thought and contemporary legal challenges, encouraging interdisciplinary approaches that integrate jurisprudence, socio-legal analysis, ethical considerations, and social transformation within diverse Muslim societies.
