Digital Archiving Policy

Al-Kasyaf: Jurnal Studi Al-Qur’an dan Hadis maintains electronic backup and long-term digital preservation of all published content through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). The archiving status and preservation record can be verified through the Publisher Manifest.

About PKP PN & LOCKSS: The PKP Preservation Network was developed by the Public Knowledge Project to preserve journals using OJS. It utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) program to ensure decentralized preservation, perpetual access, and integrity of the original version.

Decentralized Preservation

Distributed replica nodes minimize single points of failure and protect against data loss.

Perpetual Access

Articles remain accessible even in cases of system failure or site discontinuation.

Version Integrity

LOCKSS auditing ensures fixity and authenticity of the preserved content.

Through participation in the PKP PN, Al-Kasyaf guarantees that all published articles remain permanently accessible and authentic, safeguarding the scholarly record of Qur’anic and Hadith studies.
