Author Fee — Al-Khadim: Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat
Al-Khadim: Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat is an open-access journal that provides unrestricted access to its content to foster knowledge exchange and community development. To sustain high-quality publication standards and operational management, the following publication fee policy applies:
1. Submission Fee
No submission fee is charged for submitting manuscripts to Al-Khadim. Authors can freely submit and have their manuscripts reviewed without any initial payment.
2. Article Publication Fee
- Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication after the peer-review process, the author(s) are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiahs).
- This fee covers the cost of peer-review management, copyediting, proofreading, layout design, DOI registration, and online open-access publication.
- Payment details and instructions will be sent to the author(s) by the editorial office following acceptance.
3. Waiver Policy
- Al-Khadim may grant partial or full waivers for authors who demonstrate financial limitations or represent institutions in developing regions.
- Waiver requests must be submitted to the editorial office before the final acceptance of the manuscript.
- Waiver decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not affect editorial or peer-review outcomes.
4. Ethical and Transparency Statement
Al-Khadim upholds transparency and fairness in its publication process. The journal does not impose any hidden charges or fees for manuscript withdrawal, peer review, or editorial decision-making. Fees are only applicable upon final acceptance for publication.
